About the role: .The role of the candidate is to ensure that Company complies with laws relating to secretarial function as well as maintaining highest standards of corporate governance. A key position in the Secretarial function this role reports to Group Company Secretary, will manage a team of approx. 12 persons and apart from compliances of  Investco Private Limited and will also be taking care of all its subsidiaries and associate Companies. He/ She will also act as a point of connect between the Secretarial function and other functions, company shareholders, and Company’s senior management team.

1. Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, FEMA related compliances.

2. Managing all aspects of Board and committee & Shareholders meetings including preparation of notice & agenda, minutes and other related documents..

4. Coordination with statutory, internal & secretarial auditors.

1. Minimum 1- 2 years of experience having worked as the Company Secretary with a reputed organization.

2. Candidate should be proficient with the Companies Act & Knowledge of FEMA & Private placement laws is mandatory.

3. Proficient and meticulous in secretarial documentation.

Education: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or A degree in Law will be preferred.
