We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Paralegal to join our
Commercial Legal Team. This role will focus on supporting attorneys in reviewing, drafting, and managing customer and vendor contracts, maintaining documentation and records, and assisting with legal operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with
contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems,
DocuSign, and other legal technology tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
