We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to join our growing Business Systems Team. The Salesforce Administrator will take on a hybrid role by participating in day-to-day Salesforce activities to support on-going configuration and provide end-user support. Additionally, the role will require collaborating with various teams to enhance system functionality to meet business requirements. This role is ideally suited for someone who combines a strong background with hands-on configuration, experience customizing Salesforce in a way that ensures long-term sustainability and growth and development, and has a passion for enabling users through well-managed CRM Systems.
Responsibilities:
· Monitor the Support Queue to provide end-user support and to proactively identify areas of improvement for the CRM.
· Create and manage Custom Fields, Formulas, Validation Rules, Workflows, Users, Permissions, Page Layouts and Flows.
· Support the creation and optimization of List Views, Reports and Dashboards based on team and business requirements.
· Support the Salesforce Team with Smoke testing, Regression testing, QA and UAT.
· Develop and maintain documentation regarding processes, application configuration and technical notes for new features releases.
· Collaborate with Sales Enablement members to translate released features into user-friendly documentation.
· Collaborate with Business System members to support current integrations with Salesforce and ensure smooth business operations; Rootstock, Workday, ServiceNow, Informatica, Marketo and other applications.
· Contribute to the long-term roadmap for the Salesforce Platform and its integration with other internal tools.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Management or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
· Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
· Experience with Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning is required.
· Proficient in data management and data migration.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work as part of a team and comfortable with the “all-hands on deck” approach when required to support team-members.
· Not afraid to deep-dive into business processes to understand how they can be optimally supported with technology.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with core Salesforce administrative tasks.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative solutions.
· Knowledge of third-party integrations and Salesforce AppExchange products.
· Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions to produce tangible features.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
· Experience with data analytics methods, data tools and reporting tools (SOQL, Data Loader, Excel).
· Familiar with some of the latest AI tools and ability to leverage in current day-to-day activities to improve efficiency.
· Bonus: An understanding of Marketing Data and Marketing Automation within Salesforce.
