Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in Application Engineering working with Enterprise systems.
  • Experience in software development in one or more general purpose programming languages.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with enterprise systems in 2 or more areas such as CRM/Sales Apps, Customer Support Apps, HCM/HR Apps, Marketing Apps, Project Management Apps, ERPs etc

Google's Agent Space, a key component of its broader AI strategy, aims to provide a platform for building and deploying intelligent agents. A crucial aspect of this ecosystem is the concept of connectors, which facilitate the seamless integration of these agents with external tools, services, and data sources. Connectors are vital for unlocking the full potential of Google's Agent Space, enabling the creation of powerful and versatile AI agents that can interact with the world around them. Integration Connectors is a Platform for various 1P and 3P connectors including connectors for various enterprise offerings in Enterprise resource planning (ERP), Human capital management (HCM), Customer relationship management (CRM) etc.

  • Develop knowledge in specific identified areas like CRM/Sales Apps, Customer Support Apps, HCM/HR Apps, Marketing Apps, Project Management Apps etc. Dive into backend systems to determine how they can fulfil specific requirements. Generate test data to validate solutions.Create specialized solutions tailored to each backend system or in the platform , for (e.g., access control lists (ACLs), triggers. Build new connectors to integrate with external systems when needed.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX and other engineers to define the goal and roadmap for the Application Integrations and Connectors product.
  • Provide technical expertise during critical incidents and complex problem-solving efforts to maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure the use of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the performance and security of the platform.
