We are looking for a Process Automation Specialist to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

In this role, you'll design, implement, and manage automation solutions that optimize efficiency and accuracy, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce-based workflows. Collaborating closely with team leads, sales representatives, and technical staff, you’ll identify automation opportunities, streamline operations, and support critical deliverables such as partner setups, billing reports, and case management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Process Automation

  • Design and deploy automated workflows in Salesforce using tools like Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Apex.
  • Implement robotic process automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) for repetitive tasks such as billing validation and data synchronization.
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline recurring and cross-platform processes.

2. Knowledge Base Management

  • Build and manage a Salesforce Knowledge Base to provide quick access to FAQs, policies, and solutions.
  • Integrate the Knowledge Base with Salesforce Cases and automation tools for efficient triage and resolution.

3. System Integration

  • Integrate Salesforce with other platforms and tools (e.g., Power Automate, RPA, IFTTT, Zapier) to enhance workflows and improve team productivity.
  • Ensure data consistency and seamless communication between systems.

4. Project Management and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with team leads and sales representatives to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Gather requirements, design workflows, and deliver scalable, timely solutions tailored to business needs.

5. Monitoring and Optimization

  • Continuously monitor the performance of automated systems and workflows to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation processes promptly.

6. Documentation and Training

  • Create detailed documentation for all automated processes, including workflow diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions for users and administrators to encourage adoption and effective utilization of automation solutions.

 

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, workflows, and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Flows, Process Builder).
    • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate for designing and maintaining workflows.
  • Technical Skills

    • Strong knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, IFTTT) and their application in business processes.
    • Proficiency in process mapping and optimization techniques.
  • Soft Skills

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • High attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality solutions.

Would be considered plus if you have

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for custom automations.
  • Familiarity with billing systems and financial data workflows.
  • Experience building and managing knowledge bases or chatbot solutions.
