Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to execute regional customer advocacy, engagement, and demand generation initiatives that drive adoption, expansion, and loyalty within our existing customer base in APAC. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and managing successful customer marketing programs, upsell and cross-sell campaigns, customer storytelling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and be comfortable traveling for up to 20% of the time for customer events within the region.
