We’re hiring our first GTM Engineer—a trailblazer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer experience.
This is a high-impact, hybrid role for someone who’s as comfortable writing clean, scalable code as they are mapping complex workflows and reimagining how humans and systems interact post-sale. You'll be a key player in redefining our approach to post-sales operations—combining automation, intelligent systems, and a customer-first mindset to drive both delightful experiences and operational efficiency.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing and implementing AI-powered systems and smart integrations that streamline how we support and engage with our customers. From automating repetitive workflows to connecting our internal tools and customer-facing platforms, your work will directly influence how we scale with excellence.

Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $182,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
