About the Role Highspot is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director of IT & Enterprise Applications to lead our technology operations in India. This role reports directly to the Head of Global IT & Enterprise Applications based in the US, and will be responsible for overseeing local IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and India workplace strategy (facilities) members. You will develop and manage a high-performing team in India, while ensuring full alignment with global strategy, policies, and cross-functional priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of building IT functions in global SaaS companies and understand the nuances of supporting a hybrid workforce in a U.S. headquartered environment. This leader must be confident and principled in representing IT’s global standards locally, balancing collaboration with regional stakeholders while standing firm when necessary to protect the integrity of global processes and team priorities.
