About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled India based Director, Accounting and Financial Operations who excels at both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. This role will report to the Senior Director of Accounting and Tax and will collaborate closely with Global Accounting and Financial Operations and Highspot India Leaders. You will lead our India-based Accounting and Financial Operations Center of Excellence and be responsible for overseeing all activities while also leading cross-functional teams in finance and procurement. This position requires deep expertise in US GAAP, IFRS and Indian GAAP along with a proven track record of building high-performing, Indian-based teams that align with the strategic objectives of a US parent company.
