About the Role:

SecurityScorecard is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive pricing and packaging strategy for our portfolio of cybersecurity solutions. This is a high-impact role requiring deep expertise in product marketing, pricing models, and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving measurable business results through innovative packaging and pricing strategies, ideally in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will partner closely with product management, sales, and customer success to ensure our pricing and packaging aligns with customer needs, market trends, and revenue goals. You will also play a key role in communicating the value proposition of SecurityScorecard’s offerings to internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing and Packaging Strategy:

  • Develop and refine innovative pricing and packaging strategies to drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to assess pricing models, competitor positioning, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with product management and finance teams to model and test pricing scenarios.

Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Craft compelling messaging that highlights the value and ROI of SecurityScorecard’s offerings, with a particular focus on pricing and packaging.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and touchpoints, including sales materials, website content, and customer communications.

Go-to-Market Leadership:

  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives for new pricing models and product packages, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to create training materials and tools that help sales teams effectively communicate pricing and packaging value.

Customer Insights and Market Analysis:

  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and win/loss analysis to understand purchasing behavior and pricing sensitivity.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform pricing strategies and refine packaging over time.

Sales Enablement and Support:

  • Develop sales tools, pitch decks, and calculators to help sales teams articulate the value of SecurityScorecard’s pricing and packaging options.
  • Train sales and customer success teams on pricing strategy and key customer-facing messaging.

Collaboration and Influence:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing and packaging strategy, partnering closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and finance.
  • Advocate for customer-centric decision-making in all pricing and packaging discussions.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, with a focus on pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategy in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful pricing and packaging initiatives that drive revenue and customer adoption.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience conducting market research and modeling pricing scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling way.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience with cybersecurity, risk management, or related fields is strongly preferred.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
