We're seeking a Data Analyst with advanced SQL skills, and experience in analytics engineering to join Google DeepMind’s internal People, Culture and Org Domain group on a fixed-term contract. You will leverage your strong SQL and data analysis skills to provide clarity and structure to complex business problems, while ensuring high-quality analytics code. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to produce critical insights that directly guide strategic decisions around our people and culture strategy, contributing to Google DeepMind’s mission.
You’ll join the Core Analytics Team (CAT) within the Tech Ops & Analytics group at Google DeepMind. We’re a team of data engineers, data scientists, and analysts aiming to drive better organisational decisions – blending our technical skillset with rich stakeholder relationships to deliver impact. The outcomes of our work, ranging across topics like (but not limited to!) enabling data-informed decisions to reach DE&I goals, providing performance insights, recruitment optimisation, directly influence Google DeepMind’s progress towards our mission.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior People Analytics person to join our People and Culture team. In this strategic role, you will play a key part in driving data-driven decision-making up to the most senior levels of the organization. Your expertise in quantitative analysis and your passion for people-related data will enable you to provide critical insights into areas such as attrition, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), employee engagement, and more. You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing them with the data-driven insights they need to make informed decisions about our people strategy.
