Responsibilities 

  • Manage the end-to-end fulfillment of assigned jobs - includes understanding requirements, searching for candidates, candidate interest check & negotiations, and tracking operational activities (e.g., profile  updates, interview failure rate) 
  • High ownership and understanding of relevant search processes for a specific job
  • Search for candidates using the internal Turing platform and tools • Create a network of relevant candidates outside of the Turing platform & leverage external tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Responsible for reporting and finishing shortlists to be reviewed by the TA Pod Lead or Technical Matcher
  • Hold respective operations team members accountable to their SLAs • High coachability and resilience to adapt to new processes in an ever changing environment

Required Skills 

  • 3 - 8 years of experience working in recruitment, either as a Headhunter or in Talent Acquisition
  • 1+ years of previous experience with IT / technical recruiting
  • Background of handling high volume of positions and prioritization • Experience utilizing internal ATS for search, candidate, and pipeline management
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication

Nice to have 

  • Experience in delivering candidates to Multinational / Enterprise clients
  • Experience in working with a globally diverse set of candidates
