Product Analytics at Mendix 

At Mendix we help our customers and users in bringing their ideas to outcomes. Not only by delivering the best low code platform to them, but also by guiding them in the best ways to use our platform in the most effective and efficient way.  
 
Improving our product means we need to understand how our product is being used by our customers and users, how well (new)platform features perform, what opportunities for improvement can be derived from that and many more things. Questions around these topics constantly live in the heads of our product teams and product managers. They are responsible for building and maintaining all the features Mendix offers. 
 
With data driven decision making high on the agenda, the product analytics team at Mendix is positioned to guide, enable and support the R&D organization to embed data & analytics capabilities into (product) development and decision making. The team is responsible for transforming the signals coming from our platform into product insights. These insights will support and guide development teams and product managers to act and make better product decisions  
 
We do not only operate at product team level, but also at a more tactical and strategic level in order to ensure that management teams and other departments, all have access to the same platform performance and usage insights. Enabling them to leverage these insights in making better (product) decisions.  
 
Your role 

As a Product Analyst, you will pick up requests for insights/dashboards, etc. coming in from the different R&D units and provide answers to them based on data we process from our platform. But since you work closely with the product teams that build the Mendix platform, you will also play a key role in supporting and guiding these teams with regards to data & analytics related subjects.
