You’ll support recruitment efforts, help run campus events, coordinate onboarding, and keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly. From managing employee data to welcoming new hires and strengthening our presence at top universities, you’ll play a key role in shaping the Da Vinci experience.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and represent Da Vinci at recruitment events, workshops, and career fairs
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a great candidate experience
- Maintain employee records
- Support onboarding, relocation, and travel logistics
- Be a go-to person in the office for HR queries and team support
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal events
Requirements:
- Recent graduate, or early-career professional with up to 1–2 years of work experience.
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when speaking with new people
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and follow-through
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Open to taking on additional tasks and contributing in various areas as needed to support the team
- Curious, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a growing office
