The Office of the Chief Investment Officer, led by co-CIO Harry Schwefel, supports the success and development of our long/short discretionary investment professionals, oversees our sector executive, portfolio construction, and liquidity groups, and to continues to advance the tools and resources available to our teams.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a primary resource for portfolio managers as they continue to refine their team infrastructure and processes using firm tools.
- Be a strategic partner to end users, gathering feedback on products and future directions.
- Collaborate with senior management, investment professionals, and technical product managers to inform the product roadmap.
- Work with technology product managers, designers, and developers to coordinate development of new capabilities.
- Oversee progress towards quarterly milestones to ensure product delivery aligns with the roadmap.
- Guide business analysts on analytics projects, ensuring they meet strategic objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, including senior leadership, to advocate for user needs.
- Summarize complex issues with clear, top-down communication across various formats.
What's Required
- 5+ years of professional experience in product strategy, finance, or technology, with a focus on user engagement and strategic leadership.
- Proven track record of partnering with end users and leading cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions to end users.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in guiding data-driven decision-making processes.
- Deep understanding of core finance and investing concepts.
- Ability to synthesize information quickly to provide strategic insights and drive meaningful change.

The annual base salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
