The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales driven SDR’s who are responsible for outbound prospecting to qualify opportunities and generate revenue for Achievers.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Development, you will be responsible for people management, sales coaching, and monitoring key performance indicators for the SDR team. Using your previous experience in achieving lead generation targets, motivating teams, and driving development.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, regional sales leaders, and enablement teams to build a strategy for your team to not only identify new opportunities, but to develop the skillset of your team to become the salespeople of tomorrow.
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth Sales Development department within an emerging HR Technology market to lead a team that is critical to the growth of Achievers.
Please note that this role is hybrid in office 2 times a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
