About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Fractional Chief Financial Officer with 15+ years of experience, including deep expertise in FP&A, to lead our financial strategy and partner with our established accounting team, which includes a controller and senior accountant. This strategic role demands a seasoned professional who has mastered complex financial modeling and analysis while successfully building and scaling financial operations in fast-paced startup environments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership experience and a proven track record of driving growth through sophisticated financial planning and analysis, particularly within fintech, marketplace, capital markets, and blockchain companies.
