What you'll contribute:

  • Drive cross-functional development and the product or feature's launch from concept to delivery in an Agile software development environment.
  • Translates healthcare customer problems into feature and design requirements
  • Collaborates with company stakeholders and ensures their requirements are met 
  • Delivers quality work on time & ensures project parameters/goals are met 
  • Partner with Development, Quality, User Research, Design, Sales and Customer Success teams to shape the product features and ensure superioor quality.
  • Defines scope, justifies resources, ensures cohesive cadence, removes obstacles and manages internal dependencies 
  • Assumes responsibility of collection/theme and understands value proposition of product or feature

What you'll learn:

  • Healthcare industry dynamics and compliance requirements
  • Cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
  • Technical project planning and execution

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience matching the level
  • Should have the ability to translate customer problems into features and design requirements.
  • Demonstrates behaviors indicative of Veradigm’s values.
