We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Accounts Payable Manager with a strong background in process and system implementation to oversee the accounts payable processes across multiple regions and countries. This role will be responsible for managing the global accounts payable team, streamlining and optimizing AP processes, and playing a key role in the successful implementation and integration of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and optimizing ERP systems, strong knowledge of global accounts payable operations, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervises local team managers – direct reporting relationship for US manager, dotted line for regional managers
• Develops and implements standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Accounts Payable processes to maintain consistency and efficiency across multiple regions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders like procurement, finance, tax, treasury, and legal teams to ensure alignment on policies, contracts, and payment schedules
• Work closely with accounting department to understand downstream impacts of Accounts Payable
• Work closely with internal developers to define needs, test and implement new system changes
• Communicates with Accounting Management on state of Accounts Payable with frequency
• Steps in to assist with priority daily tasks as needed
• Continuously review and improve Accounts Payable processes, exploring automation tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, and reduce manual work 
• Lead design, configuration, planning, and training of all solutions
• Manage overall Accounts Payable relationships with internal DRW stakeholders

• Reduce Accounts Payable close timeline from 5 days
• Play key role in oracle implementation and in reducing number of platforms Accounts Payable uses for critical processing

The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $175,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set.
