We're seeking a dynamic and experienced People Leader to join our Global People team on a maternity cover basis. In this pivotal role, you'll drive our global reward strategy, ensuring our programs attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You'll lead the annual reward review cycle, manage salary surveys, ensure compliance with evolving salary transparency legislation, and partner with key stakeholders across the business and WPP. If you're a data-driven reward expert with a passion for creating equitable and competitive compensation programs, we want to hear from you!
