Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
- Experience in leading projects, working with technical and business stakeholders across all levels.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience pitching and activating AI Solutions across a sales organization, or understanding of our GCS organization and how to activate sellers on products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in influencing executives, managers, and sellers.
- Excellent product knowledge.
- Ability to set own Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), prioritize and allocate resources to impact initiatives and projects.
- Excellent leadership and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on operational and initiatives.
- Ability to communicate in French fluently to communicate with client groups.

Activate opportunities on AI Solutions, including broad on a named account list of opportunity Google Customer Solutions (GCS) customers via co-pitches, pre-pitch support including coaching and upskilling sellers to pitch AI solutions successfully to the rest of their customers.
- Educate GCS sellers on our AI solutions and benefits to customers through at scale training, workshops, and partnership with sales leadership.
- Support customer events which drive AI solution adoption in conjunction with partners in sales and marketing.
- Work cross-functional and regional (including global Marketing, Finance, and gTech) to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption.
Collaborate with global PSA and partner organizations to solve these challenges and help sellers pitch more effectively.
