Reporting to our VP of People and Culture, the Team Lead β Learning & Development will be the architect of a dynamic internal learning academy that fuels the growth of our 300+ practice and tech professionals.
You'll be responsible for designing and executing a L&D strategy that aligns with our business goals and talent needs. This includes crafting engaging learning programs that enhance systems knowledge, streamline processes, and cultivate essential soft skills.
