As the Senior Manager, GTM Lead you will work within the Amazon Music Global Content Org (GCO) to create and manage elements of the Revenue team’s sales strategy. You will be the point of contact with our internal sales partners (Amazon Ads) and the external client direct communications, focused on the education and adoption of our products with sponsors. In 2025, we expanded investment opportunities to incorporate a new Experiences product that will be a key focus, as well as continuing to elevate our client direct partnerships across content/ livestream partnerships.

Key job responsibilities
* Collaborate with Account teams within Amazon Ads, working closely in partnership as the primary GTM for Experiences and additional content programs
* Demonstrate a high performance sales background across media, content and experiential
* Modifying and implementing GTM strategies and sales plays for the US, both for existing capabilities and new ones (e.g. betas, launches).
* Establish a new client direct sales mechanism to support GCO opportunities
* Develop and maintain a sales pipeline/ lead generation management mechanism specific to the region
* Develop and participate in client pitches, in partnership with Amazon Ads
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the US, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Artist Partnership and Marketing teams to efficiently manage and execute on AML revenue development initiatives
* Earn trust with sales team, understand how to marry their key sales motions with ad product priorities
* Collaborate with additional members of the Music Content Revenue team responsible for the post-sale process of brand campaigns and activations
* Summarize key findings in written documents both to influence senior leaders as well as to report back on business pacing

This important sales role will oversee and manage all aspects of planning and building new opportunities for the sales teams. About the team
Amazon Music Live was launched to expand our livestreaming content and build out a new business line for Amazon Music. We have executed 150+ events with Top 20 Artists and top-tier festival partners in the past 3 years, and are now scaling our selection and expanding our monetization strategy. We are a start-up minded team that is heavily focused on innovation, and with our growth, we are seeking a new sales lead for the business.- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience working in Media Sales, Entertainment, and/or Sponsorship orgs- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing or marketing management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
