Data Ops & Analytics Intern

Dataiku is looking for a Data Ops & Analytics Intern to join our Cloud team in Paris and support our fully-managed SaaS offering.  Working alongside the Cloud Product and Engineering teams, you’ll recommend data driven solutions and build data products to improve our product and drive operational efficiency.  

What you’ll do: 

While collaborating with the Dataiku Cloud team, you’ll help tackle business challenges by conducting data analysis, developing data-driven solutions, and identifying actionable insights. You will be the owner of your projects and manage them end-to-end, including requirement gathering sessions, technical development of the solution, improving iterations and presenting to stakeholders.  Below are some examples of specific responsibilities:

• Perform detailed sales and product usage analysis

• Define and construct reports and dashboards on platforms like Dataiku DSS and Airtable for clear, user-friendly insights 

• Implement automated processes to enhance operational efficiency

• Assist the Cloud team with rapid, on-demand analysis requests

The scope of this role represents a unique opportunity to understand the company as a whole, develop your analytical skills, and learn the inner workings of a leading SaaS product. 

Requirements: 

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts

• Curiosity and ability to quickly learn and understand both business and technical concepts

• Experience using analytical and reporting tools 

• Fluent in English
