Trusted by millions of households around the world —is seeking a hands-on, highly-motivated and customer-obsessed eCommerce Executive who will be responsible for building and maintaining our eCommerce stores (Ring.com) in APAC region. You will be responsible for implementing our merchandising plans and updating the website content to create an engaging customer experience to support key sales metrics. You will work closely with the International Ecomm team (EU timezone) to support in coordinating global releases, regional promotions, and content alignment between different regions.
The ideal candidate for this role will leverage strong quantitative skills, be comfortable dealing with significant ambiguity, have strong ownership, can work successfully across global teams, and have a good sense of metric based decision making. You will need to be able to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment and communicate clearly and persuasively. This person should be able to drive focus and excellence within the channels they own and should have the ability to present results to Senior Leadership.
Key job responsibilities
● Implement pricing and merchandising related to product launches and promotions
● Own and maintain online product catalog
● Collaborate with Operations team to monitor inventory and backorders
● Monitor orders processing and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the Operations and Customer Support teams
● Author and maintain content tied to product, promotions, site launches and new features
● Work with creative, development and marketing teams to implement changes, new features, and bug fixes
● Conduct testing and QA for project launches and ongoing builds
● Initiate, optimise and evaluate projects and campaigns with the aim of increasing visibility and conversion (cross-sell, up-sell, promotion or seasonal)
● Report on web performance including sell-through, sessions and conversion rates and to better understand shopping behaviours and trends
● Work closely with creative and marketing to ensure strong seasonal campaigns and promotions online
● Conduct regular and thorough “store walk-throughs” and QA checks to ensure strong execution and drive site improvements
● Support international teams with content authoring and QA
● Learn to automate processes and find the most scalable ways to manage tasks● 2-3 years of experience working with Experience with headless CMS software (i.e. Contentful)
● 2-3 years of experience managing eCommerce product catalogue
● Good knowledge of Shopify platform functionalities and best practices
● Demonstrable eCommerce experience
● Marketing and sales-oriented
● Analytical and process-oriented
● Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
● Output and deadline driven
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a cross-functionally collaborative role with stakeholders across different timezones
● Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
● Motivated to work in a fast-paced technology scale-up
● A strong interest in understanding and driving user experience
● Additional European languages a plus
