About The Role:
We’re looking for an outstanding Senior PR Manager to manage and grow the HelloFresh UK PR function. Responsible for creating and sustaining earned conversation around HelloFresh, this role will partner with our local and global marketing teams to bring to life our brand strategy across Public Relations and communication channels. This role will ensure we are ambitiously and creatively communicating our purpose, points of difference and reasons to believe across the UK media landscape.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own and drive UK consumer PR function generating a consistent drum beat of interesting and engaging stories that align to seasonal and cultural calendars. 
• Drive talkability, awareness and relevance around HelloFresh in mainstream press, social media and beyond.
• Manage our PR agency to develop strategic communication plans, ensuring they are executed brilliantly, in-line with budget and delivering against campaign KPIs. 
• Partner with global consumer PR teams to co-create and drive strategic initiatives in the UK (we are a lead-market)
• Generate and sustain earned and social media conversation around HelloFresh through press office, hitting qualitative and quantitative coverage targets
• Work with UK brand teams including product marketing, growth and brand campaign teams to amplify key comms campaigns
• Develop post campaign reports and clearly communicate Public Relations impact on core KPIs alongside key learnings to local marketing team and global PR function. 
• Be in charge of Sustainability for HelloFresh UK - finding new and innovative ways to communicate the positive difference HelloFresh makes on food waste.
• Partner with key business spokespeople such as chefs and senior leaders to prepare and guide on any media facing interviews or similar opportunities. 
• Support global corporate comms and head of brand on sensitive and strategic corporate comms risks and initiatives

Who You Are:

• Strong experience in a PR role, agency or client side in a fast moving Public Relations environment preferably in FMCG, food or technology.
• You have a strong vision, are passionate about food and revel in the opportunity to make your mark in HelloFresh’s future.
• Excellent agency management skills; you know how to get the best from an agency and see them as an extension of your team. 
• A people-person and natural team player with excellent communications and creative skills. 
• Wonderful stakeholder management skills, you’re able to manage and communicate with people of all levels and backgrounds. 
• Super organised and detailed-orientated with the skills to manage multiple projects at one time.  
• Creative and agile, if you spot an opportunity you like to move fast.
• Ideally you know the UK media landscape inside out and have experience in food, technology, e-commerce. 
• Comfortable working to clear KPIs and strong presentation skills
