Team

AlixPartners’ Capital Advisory team is part of the global Corporate Finance group (covering both M&A and Capital & Debt Advisory). The team provides advice to a broad range of listed, privately owned and private equity backed clients on debt raisings, refinancings, amendments and other capital related matters, both in the UK and globally. The team also assists other areas of the firm across all services and industry groups serving clients across its 25 global offices.

What you’ll do

  • Playing a key role in the management of the team including resourcing, recruitment and career development.
  • Responsible for mentoring and developing more junior members of staff, providing constructive feedback on a formal and informal basis.

What you’ll need

  • Significant experience within both corporate and private equity deals.
  • Sound understanding of, and ability to analyse, key financial statements.
  • Excellent financial modelling skills in Excel with a good foundation of building (and working with) debt financing models.
  • Sound credit analysis and analytical skills.
  • Able to produce clear and accurate presentations as well as any other relevant client documentation.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet challenging deadlines and make decisions.
  • Able to manage a portfolio of projects.
