The Auth0 Sales Team

The Auth0 Vice President, Americas Opportunity
The Auth0 Vice President, Americas will define market tactics to achieve annual business goals, establishing and leading a cross-functional team of experienced sales leaders and account executives to build a productive and sustainable sales pipeline across the Americas. This role involves transforming and integrating GTM functions, evolving an already world-class field operation, and driving significant annual revenue growth.
This individual must bring a measurable track record of building and managing large, high-performing sales organizations. They will oversee a team of AVPs, ASDs, and AEs, focusing on delivering value to Application Development teams (Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture) while spearheading the expansion of a global market leader by leveraging existing customer references, partner networks, and alliances. Revenue growth will be driven through both net new logo acquisition and cross-selling/up-selling Auth0 to the existing customer base.
The Vice President will also develop and execute an effective go-to-market plan aligned with Auth0’s overall strategy, serve as the Americas Auth0 spokesperson, and act as the executive sponsor for key customer and partner relationships. As an inspiring leader, they will recruit and retain exceptional sales talent, guide the team in achieving key metrics, and actively work alongside them to exceed regional targets.
This position offers an entrepreneurial and driven sales leader the unique opportunity to spearhead the expansion of a global market leader, leveraging existing resources and relationships to deliver measurable growth.
