Role Description: This role is part of our Transportation Unit, which has an established insurance business aimed at providing peace of mind to car rental customers. We plan to use this foundation to unify our insurance resources and deliver insurance products across all segments, including accommodations, transportation, and attractions. The strategic goals include building an insurance operating model to meet our requirements and expanding our global footprint of general insurance product offerings. This will enhance the customer insurance experience and drive profitability through innovation, industry knowledge, and focused efforts. Key responsibilities include managing customer insurance plans, delivering clear communication on claims decisions, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining data integrity throughout the claims lifecycle. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Advisors will support customers across multiple channels and develop product knowledge to resolve queries effectively. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Managing customers’ insurance plans effectively to minimize claims life-cycle while staying in sync with the Insurance Regulations. Delivering effective and clear communication to the policyholder of all claims decisions. Collaborating with other departments as required to resolve any issues regarding claims. Remaining objective throughout the claims handling process, with the ability to display confidence and patience when dealing with challenging circumstances. Capturing and recording data, ensuring its integrity throughout the life-cycle of the claim. Qualifications & Skills: You’ll love helping people and will genuinely enjoy the challenge of restoring faith when things haven’t gone according to plan. Written and verbal fluency in French and English. Take ownership of your work and multi-task well. You’ll have a desire to work in a fun, fast-paced and changing environment. Keep calm under pressure, confidently work and deliver to deadlines and understand the importance of time-sensitive issues.
