We’re looking for a Business Strategy & Operations Intern with a strong business background—ideal for MBA students or recent grads—who’s ready to dig into high-impact projects alongside our Supply and Sales teams. You’ll work on the front lines of Viator’s B2B growth engine, helping develop scalable processes, extract commercial insights, and optimize team performance.
- Work closely with the Supply Acquisition and B2B Sales teams to support strategic initiatives and commercial operations.
- Analyze performance data and develop insights that inform partner strategy and revenue growth plans.
- Create and optimize dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Salesforce) to track KPIs and business outcomes.
- Support the development of business reviews and executive presentations, helping translate data into compelling stories.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements that enhance scalability and execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment across strategic initiatives.
What We’re looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or equivalent graduate degree, or early-career experience in strategy, ops, or consulting
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, or SQL is a plus
- Ability to turn data into insights and clearly communicate recommendations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams
- Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
