Hybrid $120,000 - $210,000

When you join our Accounting Advisory (AA) practice, you will partner directly with our clients to help them navigate strategic technical accounting and financial reporting matters associated with significant business growth or events – such as carve-outs, IPO, merger, or accounting function transformation. At its core, the work we do in AA is driven by change, which means that the projects are dynamic in nature and the impact of your leadership will be highly visible.

As an Associate Director in our newly formed Accounting Consulting Group (ACG) within AA, you will have the unique opportunity to partner with engagement teams across the firm to provide specialized support on complex accounting issues. You will develop deep subject-matter expertise at an accelerated pace by working on a variety of projects and issues for clients across industries and thought partnering with leaders across Riveron’s practice areas. In addition, as a foundational member of ACG, you will have a critical voice in influencing the direction of the group’s scope and responsibilities.
