[Summer 2025] Social Marketing Manager- Intern

The Social Marketing Manager Intern position is a part of our Roblox 12-week summer internship program located in San Mateo, CA. As a Social Marketing Manager Intern, you will work alongside the Marketing team to help craft a vision for reaching and engaging the next generation of users across emerging social channels.

You Will:

• Help develop the editorial strategy for channels we want to establish an organic presence in, such as Snapchat & Discord
• Bring in fresh and new content ideas to help tell the Roblox story on owned social channels (TikTok, Instagram) and drive execution of this content in collaboration with the Creative Studio team
• Collaborate closely with cross functional partners

You Have:

• Currently pursuing Bachelors or Masters in Business, Marketing, Communications, Program Management, or related fields.
• An interest in gaming and passion for social media and content creation
• An approach that prioritizes the customer and a genuine curiosity about improving the customer experience
• Desire to learn new things quickly and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and/or GSuite tools (Gcal, Slides), and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
