This is a full time, fully remote role and we will only consider candidates working in the Eastern Timezone of the US or Canada.
Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our R&D and Product teams and leaders, while floating to all technical positions as needed. You will be required to fill positions ranging from Software Engineers to SREs, Product Managers, Technical Writers and Data Analysts globally.
You will work alongside our Talent Team to deeply understand hiring requirements, hiring challenges, organizational structure, and individual team dynamics. In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for running full-cycle recruitment: from engaging with passive and active talent internationally, to guiding the candidates through our hiring journey, to generating offers and handing the new hire off to our People Ops Specialist for onboarding.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- 8+ Years recruiting experience working with senior leaders in SaaS/Tech space.
- Own high-volume recruiting across on a variety of roles across Product Management (Product Design, Technical Writing, Developer Advocacy) and Software engineering
- Be experienced supporting technical go-to-market roles as needed.
- Sourcing is a big part of your role. You are confident engaging passive candidates and utilizing the team’s networks and technical experience to engage with candidates appropriately
- Work in a remote-first company where communication is key.
- You’re comfortable in a high-paced environment. You embrace change and ambiguity.
- You’re familiar with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You have worked on global recruitment programmes and understand employment law in a variety of different locations.
In the United States, the annual compensation range for this role is CAD $136,572-$163,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
