If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Motion Designer (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila. 

In this role, you'll create captivating visual content that entertains, educates, and energizes, helping to build a strong and consistent brand presence. You'll be involved in executing campaigns and delivering a variety of internal and external projects across multiple channels. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about video content and design, interested in emerging storytelling technologies, and has a keen eye for detail when it comes to file organization, naming conventions, and version control. You excel at collaborating with others and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating captivating and original video content tailored for social media, TV, advertisements, brand videos, product demos, company reels, events, promotions, and more.
• Assisting the in-house creative team by developing animations and motion graphics, selecting audio, color-correcting, and editing existing footage.
• Enhancing content impact by resizing and adapting videos for different channels and platforms.
• Developing storyboards to guide projects from concept to final delivery.
• Upholding brand consistency in motion design and maintaining high-quality standards for all video outputs.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• A portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality work
• Previous relevant experience
• A positive, collaborative approach to the creative process
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong design sense and a keen interest in the latest trends
• Excellent proficiency in English

Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
