Veradigm Provider

Veradigm offers provider practices a suite of easy-to-use healthcare provider solutions that help streamline clinical and financial workflows. We then deliver actionable insights to drive improved outcomes, reduce patients’ out-of-pocket costs, and enhance patient understanding of their disease state and medication therapy.

Job Summary:   

A Technical Program Manager focuses on the execution of making a desirable high-quality product and shipping/delivering that product on time and within budget. The Technical Program Manager owns communication across teams, eliminates risk to execution and owns the outcome. The Technical Program Manager is responsible for requirements development and drives a collaborative process across multiple stakeholders.    

   

What you will contribute:   

  • Product Execution: Drive the execution of high-quality product development from concept to delivery. Ensure products are shipped on time and within budget, maintaining a balance between quality, speed, and cost. 
  • Cross-Team Communication: Own and manage communication across various teams involved in the product development process. Facilitate seamless information flow and collaboration between engineering, design, business, and other relevant teams. 
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to product execution throughout the development lifecycle. Proactively address potential roadblocks and challenges to ensure smooth project progression. 
  • Outcome Ownership: Take full responsibility for the outcomes of assigned projects and initiatives. Drive decision-making processes to ensure successful product delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. 
  • Requirements Development: Lead the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements. Ensure requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives and user needs. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Drive collaborative processes across multiple stakeholders to align on product vision, goals, and execution strategy. Manage expectations and maintain relationships. 
  • Process Optimization: Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency in product development and delivery. Apply principles of Agile and Lean methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate waste. 

The ideal candidate will have:   

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience (Required)  
  • A strong bias for action, general curiosity and willingness to learn  
  • Knowledge of Agile principles/SDLC 
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience in the Healthcare domain (Preferred)
