Job Description

On-site
The Prime Video Europe Marketing team is looking for a Project Manager with campaign production experience to lead multiple projects from initiation to delivery. This position will seek opportunities to scale our campaign production versioning and delivery processes, manage and iterate on current tools, and develop robust progress measurement and reporting tools. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring a powerful combination of technical and stakeholder management skills.

This will be a projects-based role within the central Prime Video EMEA Marketing Operations team focused on campaign delivery and process improvement across our marketing workflow, including standardization of E2E campaign delivery. You will examine existing processes, define new processes and make them easily-accessible to your stakeholder teams.

To be successful in this role you will have a mix of strategic vision and hands-on project management skills, as well as be comfortable embracing ambiguity. Your ability to quickly understand the business context and priorities, together with your analytical, creative and problem-solving mind, will lead you to deliver against tangible business metrics. You are able to simplify the complex, establishing robust processes that accelerate decision-making and provide clarity, even when the situation itself is not fully defined. You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and are able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time. You are able to work autonomously, adept at building positive relationships across a wide range of teams, functions and locations, and have demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement. You will push the boundaries by challenging the status quo, driving adoption for new ways of working, optimizing towards our vision, and building long-term programs that have measurable impact.
