We're seeking an Analytics Engineer to bridge the gap between data usage in product development and business teams at ShipMonk, focusing on HR, Finance, and Operations. We need someone passionate about establishing data governance and empowering the executive team to make informed decisions based on reliable data. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and excellent communicator with a proven track record in data management and cross-functional collaboration.
This role focuses on upholding ShipMonkβs data standards by enforcing proper tooling and governance, while collaborating with business and executive teams. The Analytics Engineer will implement best practices, educate business users, and liaise between product development and business teams on data issues.
