About The Team

Life360 Devices division is actively recruiting for Sales Operations Manager to help manage our retailers. The Sales Operations Manager will be a part of the Devices business unit. About the Job

As a key member within the Sales Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and operations success. You will be the customers’ first contact into Life360’s Devices organization. You will be responsible for optimizing existing processes and systems to best enable sales activities and support customers. You will partner closely with the sales teams and operations teams to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. You will play a vital role in analyzing key metrics, reviewing retailer performance, and providing valuable insights and recommendations that help achieve retailer goals. 

For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $115,000 to $160,000 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive and manage adoption of sales processes and data integrity
  • Communicate with customers to ensure that sales enablement needs are met to drive sales
  • Partner with Sales to monitor pipeline forecasting hygiene and for revenue attainment and reporting
  • Oversee specific sales channels and support all operational activities required to enable sales
  • Coordinate with Fulfillment Operations and Supply Chain to efficiently manage inventory and its impact on sales, forecasting, allocation processes and procedures
  • Identify operational inefficiencies (people, process, planning) among Sales Operations, Fulfillment Operations, and Supply Chain Operations, suggest improvements for operational excellence
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track customer performance
  • Prepare, review, and/or analyze business reports, and use information to identify operational improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record growing retail business in CE industry with 5+ years of experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Results oriented, Analytical, Organized, Courageous
  • Self-starter who can both develop a plan and execute with success
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptive, and creative problem solver
  • Strong knowledge of business processes
  • Outstanding organization and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate remotely with US/California HQ
