Overview:
The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint’s success. The team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to our clients around the world. We work to understand each client’s unique business questions and help them gain critical insights to stay informed and make better business decisions.
As a Project Manager on the Client Service team, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts (consulting, corporates, hedge funds, institutional investors, private equity, investment banks, etc.) and overseeing a team of Associates to best match our clients with the right Advisors for their projects. Come work with us to deliver the best service in the industry and help our clients make some of the most important business decisions in today’s economy.
The candidate for this position must be willing to work the night shift between 4 pm to 12 am JST.

Project Managers can earn up to ¥8,400,000 (for strong performance) over a twelve-month period. The compensation package consists of an annual base salary which includes a fixed overtime allowance, and variable compensation linked to individual performance.
