The Brandwatch Professional Services team is looking for a Social Media Analyst to join its Strategy & Insights division. We are looking for a person with a passion for social media, understanding and wanting to get to the bottom of trends in order to best service and provide guidance for client strategy. Based on a company’s business goals, you’ll be helping understand, guide and optimise their social media strategy. You’ll need an appreciation of how businesses work and their KPIs, across paid and organic content, covering different sectors and regions.
As a member of the Strategy & Insights team, you will execute bespoke research projects designed to help our clients understand their brands, consumers and industries. You will also help them act on this understanding.
