Klaviyo is looking for an organized and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. This individual will play a key part in supporting our growing go-to-market recruiting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire candidate coordination lifecycle for our Sales, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market operations roles and supporting the team with interview logistics. 

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in helping us scale, and will gain direct exposure to all things recruiting, with the ability to lean in and learn from a best-in-class Talent Acquisition team. 

How you’ll make a difference: 

  • Own scheduling and coordinating both virtual and onsite interviews 
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, high quality coordination of all aspects of the interviewing cycle at Klaviyo, and exceptional communication with candidates
  • Communicate professionally with our candidates (and fellow Klaviyos) while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Champion Klaviyo, our values, and our philosophy to potential candidates 
  • Assist with planning and logistics for TA programming and events (i.e. social events, candidate presentations, recruitment events, etc.)
  • Manage multiple high-priority tasks and action items and ensure on-time delivery

Who you are: 

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment either as an EA or Recruiting Coordinator preferred
  • A high degree of professionalism with a customer service mindset and strong interpersonal skills 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed, with a 'no task too big or too small' mentality 
  • Excellent communication skills, strong writing/proofreading skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling 
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively - you are able to build rapport and instill trust in your judgment through your ability to complete any project or assignment with all stakeholders
  • Familiarity with with Greenhouse ATS and Prelude scheduling software a plus

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$28.66—$42.98 USD
