Operations Program Manager, Product Launch Management

The Microsoft Business Operations Product & Launch group is a dynamic and fast evolving team with a mission to deliver Microsoft’s products and services to market with speed, quality, and compliance. The organization is responsible for working with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of Microsoft products and services to Commercial and Consumer customers. Our focus is on scale through automation, process & quality assurance, and timely delivery to customers and marketplaces worldwide. As a Operations Manager, Product Launch Program Management, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Program Managers that work with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Tax, etc.) to understand, capture, and translate launch requirements into high quality configuration, ensuring Microsoft’s broad catalog of products and services ship on time, to the right regions and channels, at the right prices. You will do this by driving process excellence, leveraging data analytics to measure and improve performance, ensuring quality practices and compliance, and influencing system solutions that help automate for scale.

This opportunity will allow you to develop deep business acumen across Consumer and Commercial business lines, manage and coach across different launch process and systems landscapes, and lead in a critical operational role that gets cutting edge Microsoft products and services to market.
