Are you interested in building large-scale services that will make it simpler for publishers around the world to sell their books with Amazon? The Publisher Experience team is looking for an innovative, results-oriented Product Manager to define and drive Reporting and Analytics for Publishers, enabling them to grow their business. Youβll partner with teams across Books to launch and grow publisher-facing services, identify opportunities to use data to help grow our business, and influence internal partners to amplify your impact. The ideal candidate works effectively in a cross-functional environment and is comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders. This person has a history of delivering tools and services that solve real problems for customers and scale seamlessly. This person also uses data to guide decision-making, has strong business judgement, and can solve complicated problems with simple, elegant solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establish the product vision, goals, and key KPIs for success.
* Define product requirements and drive iterative development cycle with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
* Manage bottlenecks, resolve escalations, and drive key feature and resource trade-offs.
* Deliver resounding impact to publishers and readers worldwide. - Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
