Your ability to cultivate a strong engineering culture, promote agile methodologies, and champion continuous improvement will be critical in advancing our mission to deliver exceptional value to our customers. 

As the VP Engineering, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership, product management, shared functions such as Enterprise Architecture group, DevOps, offshore engineering teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
