We are seeking a strategic and impact-oriented Senior Manager, Creative Agency Management to join part of the Global Media and Partnerships organization.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and advancing Microsoft’s agency management practice, developing innovative creative agency models that align with evolving business needs and ensure maximum impact. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and creative agencies to strengthen partnerships, influence operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value.
A key aspect of this role involves understanding the investments we make in creative campaigns via our agency partnerships, as well as evaluating utilization to ensure agency resources are effectively aligned with business priorities. The Global Media and Partnerships team is a diverse, solutions-oriented group focused on driving business outcomes through world-class media strategies, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence.
