**About the Role**

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in partnering with the finest independent restaurants across the UK, helping them grow and succeed on our platform. This is a specialist sales role, perfect for someone who is passionate about food, skilled in negotiation, and enjoys building strong relationships. Your primary focus will be to secure partnerships with top restaurants, using your expertise in pitching, negotiation, and relationship management to drive their success with Uber Eats.
**What You’ll Do**
- Manage the entire sales process, from identifying potential Restaurant Partners to successfully onboarding them onto the Uber Eats platform.
- Pitch to restaurants both over the phone and in person, effectively communicating the benefits of Uber Eats, including our latest products and initiatives, tailoring your pitch to their specific needs.
- Craft and negotiate terms that create mutually beneficial relationships with our restaurant partners.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and expansion of Uber Eats in your designated area.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers and operations, to ensure a seamless experience and partner success.
**Basic Requirements**
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven ability to source, negotiate, and close deals.
- Success in building strong partnerships and winning new business, both in person and over the phone.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging and exciting others.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to embodying Uber's values in your work, including acting with integrity, striving for continuous improvement, and prioritising the needs of our partners.
