The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. The Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a Principal-level Engineer or Product Owner in the role of Supply Chain Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our supply chain through strategic architectural planning and deep analysis. This role involves facilitating architecture analysis, documenting key decisions, and maintaining architecture artifacts. The Supply Chain Architect will collaborate with Transformation programs to ensure alignment of designs to future state goals, maintain a robust reference architecture, and drive Architecture Review Board assessments to validate critical decisions.
