This role carries a high level of accountability, requiring regular status updates to key stakeholders and management. Lead multi-functional engineering team meetings to discuss design scope, set timelines, and ensure deadlines are met, while understanding the complexities of module to system integration. Collaborate and facilitate feedback between teams through the internal design review process. Ensure factory readiness by driving build timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating material delivery schedules for final assembly and team distribution. Set and communicate clear objectives for the build schedule, acting as the primary point of contact for the program with Contract Manufacturer (CM) partners. Drive issue resolution and deliveries with global suppliers, managing parallel schedules towards convergence. Disciplined approach to monitoring key checkpoints, ensuring on-time delivery while proactively mitigating unforeseen risks. This includes early engagement to identify, prioritize, and address potential challenges before they impact project timelines.
