What will success look like in this position?

Success in this position means efficiently managing client accounts and contracts and optimizing our quote-to-cash process. It involves maintaining data integrity in Salesforce, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and adhering to regulatory standards. Success also entails effectively documenting processes and demonstrating agility in handling ad-hoc projects. Ultimately, success is defined by contributing to Catchpoint's growth while upholding ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Sales and Customer Success teams, providing expertise on customer contracts and account setup.
  • Drive contract renewals by executing strategies for price increases and securing multi-year commitments.
  • Champion process and system improvements to enhance our quote-to-cash efficiency, from concept to implementation.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and our SaaS Portal, ensuring accurate and compliant account creation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and adhere to streamlined processes, fostering cohesion among product, sales, and engineering teams.
  • Generate and update documentation for processes and audits to meet regulatory standards.
  • Tackle ad-hoc business operations projects with agility and precision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-2 Years Experience in order management, Provisioning collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel preferred.
  • Adaptability to a 24/5 environment with rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays for on-call support.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality assurance protocols.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical business practices and standards.
