The Dynamics Solutions team drives growth for Microsoft by helping customers realize the value of the Microsoft Cloud. Powered by a world-class connected sales and marketing platform, you will lead a team of Solution Specialists across Australia and New Zealand that leans on individual sales strengths and leverages marketing insights to reach customers when and where they want to engage digitally to help solve their business problems. We’re powered by the latest innovations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to engage with customers, collaborate across our global teams, and acquire and retain new business for Microsoft.

 

As a Dynamics Specialist Sales Manager, you will build and lead a team of Solution Specialists responsible for driving customer business process transformation. You will coach and empower the team to effectively engage senior level stakeholders in our top customers and help them achieve their business goals by bringing industry-relevant business value insights, and envisioning solutions to successfully enable their end-to-end business transformation. You will model the team by setting the tone on leadership & Microsoft culture and values, act with integrity and be accountable to deliver business results with high levels of sales discipline and business forecast accuracy, remove blockers & bring execution clarity to the team on overachieving business goals.
